The Widener University Art Gallery will feature a permanent collection including the work of 19th century American and European painters as well as 18th and 19th century Asian art from the Alfred O. Deshong collection Monday – Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Widener will present a free public screening of the documentary, “Once in a Hundred Years, The Life and Legacy of Marian Anderson,”at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9 – the 80th anniversary of Anderson’s historic concert at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.
