The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Widener and the Riverfront Alliance presented a five-hour symposium on Friday to discuss existing capital in the city, economic opportunities and how the Community Reinvestment Act can apply to new private investment. Widener Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff Katie Herschede was one of the event speakers.
