Panel allows challenge to refinery ethanol shipments permit

This news story, previously included in Monday’s news briefing, reports that a state ruling will allow two civic groups, represented by Ken Kristl, director of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic at Delaware Law, to challenge an existing permit and require Delaware oil refinery to reroute shipments of unblended ethanol to other facilities along the East Coast.
