This article highlights the Center for Social Work Education‘s collaboration with the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, an organization that funds and supports cross-sector networks to help individuals and families break the cycle of poverty. Margo Campbell, assistant professor and director of the bachelor’s in social work program, is featured and talks about Widener and United Way’s work to develop an assessment tool for organizations to reflect and report on their use of trauma-informed practice.
