Widener Commonwealth Law’s Environmental Law and Sustainability Center was one of 61 petitioners to submit a rule making petition to the Environment Quality Board to establish a market-based cap-and-trade greenhouse gas emission reduction program that eliminates those emissions from major sources by 2052. The article also appeared in PA Environment Digest Blog.
