Delaware Law Professor John Culhane discussed the latest round of litigation involving Jack Phillips, the cake shop owner whose refusal to bake a cake for a same-sex wedding was decided by the Supreme Court in June. Phillips is now headed to federal court against the Colorado Civil Rights Commission who argue that he violated state law by refusing to bake a birthday cake for someone celebrating a gender transition.
